Limited Lifetime Warranty

All of our jackets (manufactured after 2023) are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is available for customers in the United States only.

If your jacket is covered by this warranty and fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it at no charge or replace it at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified jackets are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable fee, and return shipping fees will apply.

Products eligible for the Limited Lifetime Warranty are covered for the original owner for the lifetime of the product. You must have either your order number or your order confirmation email to claim your warranty.

Derby of San Francisco will not be liable for inbound packages that are lost. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary, or the product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
