Q: Do you restock jackets?
A: Yes. Some colors are restocked when re-released. We release new colors monthly and throughout the year. The Classic Style 300 Black Jacket is restocked twice a year.

Q: Can I reserve a jacket?
A: No. All jackets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis in-store and online.

Q: How do I find my size?
A: Our jackets are unisex and run fitted. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q: Can I pick up my order in-store?
A: Yes. Select “Store Pickup” at checkout.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted on regular-priced items within 30 days if they are unworn, unwashed, have tags attached, and are accompanied by an order number or receipt. Returns or exchanges after 30 days are not accepted. All sale items are final sale.

Q: Can I exchange for another size?
A: Yes, if the size is in stock and the item meets all return policy conditions (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, within 30 days, and with an order number or receipt).

Q: How do I clean my jacket?
A: To clean the item, either machine wash or hand wash using a gentle cycle and mild soap. Do not use bleach, iron, or expose to high heat. Allow the item to air dry. 

Q: Are the jackets waterproof?
A: They are water-resistant but not fully waterproof.

Q: Are all jackets made in San Francisco?
A: Not all. While production takes place elsewhere, the brand was founded in San Francisco and continues to represent the city’s spirit.
